-Allow 15 minutes from start to finish, slightly longer for multiple players.
-You must enter information for at least one adult, but can have additional adults and multiple emails. This covers emails for practices and team schedules, as well as all league communications.
-USALax membership is $30, which includes insurance and their monthly magazine. If you want a rules book for either the girls' or boys' game, visit the USALax site after registration. You will be offered the chance to make a donation to USALacrosse: totally optional. USALacrosse and Cocheco Lacrosse are separate entities. If you wish to make a donation to Cocheco, please do so through the main page on our web site. The USALax registration looks as if it'll be long, but it's not, then you'll be brought back to the Cocheco website to finish.
Registering by February 15 will lock in the Early Bird rate, including a uniform but not including the USLax membership. On 2/15, the fee will kick in. Partial payments can be made at your convenience; full payment required by 3/31.

MINIs 2023
Registration is now open for the new season of Cocheco MINIs.
Cocheco MINIs is our Developmental Program for boys and girls in kindergarten and pre-school, as well as for 1st graders who aren't ready yet for team play. It was universally felt that while our youngest players really enjoy practices and drills, actual games are a little much for them. Thus, the MINIs play separately from our full teams, every Saturday morning for one hour, for six weeks. All sessions are at the fields at the Strafford County Complex. The last day, we put them in a game format to let them employ the tools they've learned.
$60 gets you in the mix: $30 to Cocheco Lacrosse and $30 for a membership with USALacrosse. This cost includes a MINIs stick and ball. If your player has been involved in skill sessions this winter that required a membership in USALacrosse, you should be all set. If not, you will be prompted to register or renew. Players must be registered NO LATER THAN April 30. Each player needs a mouth guard and sneakers with good tread. Cleats are entirely optional. Players should dressinlayers as it is often cool - always windy - out on this field.
FYI: Once players age out of the MINIs program, they will move up to the team format. These teams are in the Seacoast Area Youth Lacrosse League (SAYLL). 1st-4th-graders play in a 7v7 format, with two practices a week and games on Saturdays. Opposing teams are from the NH and Maine seacoast area. Games are for player development, rather than outright competition. We encourage players and their families to watch SAYLL games even while at the MINIs level. This helps practice drills make more sense - and is a cheap and fun outing.

Spring 2023
Welcome to Cocheco Lacrosse. Based in Dover, we provide area families with the opportunity to learn, play and enjoy the game of lacrosse. Cocheco Lacrosse has consistently stuck to our goal: welcome players at every level of the game and ensure each is a better player at the end of the season.
Registration for the new season is now open!
Cocheco Lacrosse registration is open to returning players and newcomers alike. Cost for team play is $175 when you lock in the Early Bird rate with a $50 deposit (plus $35 for USALax). Playing MINIs is $60. Full cost starts February 15. Please, register your players so we can plan for teams, uniforms, and coaches. Payments will be due by April 1.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Cocheco owns the game uniforms, and distribution will happen in late March or early April. When you pick up a uniform, leave a $50 check. The check will be returned to you when the (CLEAN) uniform is returned after the season.
Players must be registered NO LATER THAN March 15; full payment is due April 1.
As always, a valid USLax membership ($35) is required for each player as they underwrite our insurance.
GAME NOTES: No games are played Memorial Day weekend; sorry, can't say the same for Mother's Day. Tentatively, games for NHYLA will begin Saturday, April 8, then move to Sundays, starting April 16. Often, there are games on both days of the first weekend in June, and the season concludes with the Festival on June 10+11.
Dates for SAYLL will be announced shortly.
The Seacoast Area Youth Lacrosse League (SAYLL) serves our younger age groups. Girls in first through fourth grade, and boys in Grades 1/2 play 7v7. The younger ones use a half field, while the older players run a 2/3 field. Two practices a week; but games are on Saturdays. SAYLL improves each year, and we found our players' Lax IQ improves immensely using the 7v7 format.
